IT@GR is an experiment — and we say that proudly.
The entire site was conceived, built, and is maintained by a casual user with very basic computer skills. No professional web developer. No design agency. No technical team. Just curiosity, persistence, and a powerful new kind of tool: consumer AI.
Specifically, this site was created using Claude — Anthropic’s AI assistant — through Claude Desktop, connected to WordPress and the Chrome browser. Every page, every layout decision, every navigation tweak and category rename was achieved through a conversation. The human behind the keyboard described what they wanted, and Claude figured out how to make it happen.
If someone with no coding background can build and run a modern, functional blog using AI as their co-pilot, that says something important about where technology is heading — and that’s exactly the kind of story IT@GR exists to tell.
We’ll be documenting the tools used to build and run this site, and we’ll update that list as things evolve. The AI landscape moves fast, and so will we.
The Team
NikosMel — The human behind the keyboard. Brings the ideas, the curiosity, and the questions.
Claude Desktop — The AI co-pilot. Handles the technical heavy lifting via WordPress and Chrome connectors.
Important Note on Funding: This project is entirely self-funded. There are no ads, no sponsored content, no affiliate links, and no monetization of any kind. IT@GR exists because someone wanted to see if it could be done — and plans to keep it that way.
